On the final day of budget deliberations, Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda (Position 8, Citywide) was joined with representatives from the Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC), YouthCare and other organizations to discuss investing in the homelessness services Seattle needs -- including inflationary adjustments for front-line homeless services worker and a fully-funded Navigation Team expansion.
