Good morning, everyone.

Today is July 23rd and the special meeting of the Housing and Human Services Commission.

I am Mark Solomon, vice chair of the committee.

And because we do not have quorum at this point, we cannot proceed with our meeting.

So I am going to put us in recess until 10 a.m.

So another 11 minutes to seek quorum so that we can actually hold this meeting So I just wanted to let you know that I want to thank the folks who have showed up here in person I appreciate you taking time out of your day Making your way down here to City Hall And we hope to find quorum so that we continue on with the items of today's business So again, we will be in recess until 10 a.m.
